ZEB ~ Big Man

To call him a dog hardly seems to do him justice, though inasmuch as he had four legs, a tail, and barked, I admit he was, to all outward appearances. But to those who knew him well, he was a perfect gentleman.

  4. I'm so sorry about your loss of Zeb. He was the most gentle and kind 'dog' I've ever met. A warm, furry soul. I can only imagine how much he will be missed.

You will be able to recognize Zeb in the next life as he will be the one leading the parade of chickens.

  8. Loved Zebbie....life at the barn will never be the same. Pats to Skippy who wonders why the heck he had to go.

    1. He WAS pretty great!...so is the Barn but it's already not the same...It will get better...Skip is looking for him a lot and sticking to me even more (if that's at all possible); but everyone is giving him some extra attention and he will recoup with the rest of us...

  9. Today was my first visit to the barn since Zeb's passing. Hard to believe that the loss of such a calm, quiet soul could be so LOUD.

I'm sure Zeb was smiling his smile when he heard Skippy picking up the slack and herding the "Chicks", chickens that is!!!
